I DON'T HAVE PICTURES OF SENSOJI!!!! NOOOOOOO~~ But the place is very pretty and a lot of flowers were in bloom! Before we visited the temple, we went to purchase our All Nikko Pass (4,520 yen) from TOBU sightseeing service centre which is located at Asakusa Station for our onsen trip to Nikko.

We then traveled to Akihabara for brunch (by the time we queued) at Gundam cafe. Read more >>here<<

The queue was way too long to dine for some pasta >.< There is a small Gundam merchandise stall beside the cafe too.

We walked around Akihabara but we didn't really find anything that interest us to purchase though. We ended up taking purikura again! See map below!

Some cosplay~

See our matching top! ;P

Before we left Akihabara, we bought cheesecake from pablo! See map below! My favourite cheesecake ever!

We had lunch over at Afuri ramen; famous for their yuzu based ramen! Yums! For detailed directions & review, read >>here<<.

Yuzu ramen!!

We returned back to our apartment after that to keep our pablo cool in the fridge before exploring Shibuya. We visited Tokyu Hands where I bought some art stuffs!

We passed by a Detective Conan cafe! But the queue is waaaaay tooo loooong!

Trying hokkaido milk pie! I don't really like milk, sooo not for me!

Matcha mcflurry!

We had dinner at a prison themed restaurant! The lockup! Read >>here<< for a detailed review! We were not that very hungry so we didn't order much, plus their menu is entirely in Japanese! >.< My Japanese not that good yet!

We still have dessert to eat when we are back in our apartment! CHEESECAKE! We bought the original so my friend can try the original version!

Soft and light!

And... that's the end of Day 8!

JAPAN THEMED RESTAURANT: GUNDAM CAFE

*disclaimer: I can't retrieve the photos taken from my camera and can only find photos taken from our phone :(*

Gundam cafe is a Gundam decorated cafe serving Gundam themed food and drinks; rightly located at Akihabara, the manga/anime town in Tokyo. They also sell exclusive souvenirs there.

There was a terribly long queue when we were there and it doesn't help that the cafe is quite small! I recalled queuing for an hour plus before getting our seats!

Latte art! The design given are random!

Pasta! I'm missing a photo of my basil pasta!

Their menu consist of mostly pasta for the main dish. To be fair, I am not really a pasta person so I found it average tasting. The serving is quite large also. Unless you are a huge Gundam fan, I don't really think a long queue was worth it.

Map: For Akihabara outlet. There are other outlets as well.

Opening hours: 10am to 10.30pm daily
