Time to head to Ghibli Museum! Note that tickets to the museum needs to be purchased in advance as tickets are not sold there! Our kind airbnb host had bought the tickets for us! Click >>here<< to read on the reservation arranged prior our trip!

On a side note, we finally spotted hachiko even though we have been staying and walking pass Shibuya station for a few days.. >.<

Cool tickets to watch a short clip in the museum!

The museum is quite small and honestly, I do not know quite a lot of the characters there >.< After finishing the exploration of the museum, we joined a rather long queue to dine in the Straw Hat café in the museum. We had a satisfying meal in the cafe despite the long wait. We joined the queue during lunch timing though, perhaps if you ate earlier or later, the queue might have been shorter? We saw quite a few people deciding not to join the queue cause there were too many people.

We traveled to Shinjuku Gyoen next to see if there are still sakuras around! The garden is a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station!

There were quite a number of people chilling and picnicking there. We just walked around for a bit and went toward Shinjuku station for our dinner! We took a purikura first of course!

JAPAN THEMED RESTAURANT: SENGOKU BUYUDEN

Sengoku Buyuden (戦国武勇伝 新宿), another restaurant under Diamond Dining group, is a samurai themed restaurant located at Shinjuku.

Once you alight from the lift, you will feel that you have time traveled back to another era; where samurais and warlords exist. You are then guided to your enclosed and private seat.

Lighted drinks!

Small appetizer

Sashimi boat! Very fresh and delicious!

Beef?? I think..

Chicken~

I'm not really into the warlords and samurai history of Japan, so I do not feel much another than the restaurant's atmosphere bring us to a past era. The food were good though as usual, themed restaurants serves food that are a bit more expensive. The experience was still good!
