Interrupting my Japan posts with a short post on korean fried chicken, Chir Chir! There are so many restaurants selling korean chicken in Singapore nowadays! Chir Chir has 2 outlets so far, in somerset and bedok. I visited the one at Bedok Point recently!
Berry Purple Tok Tok (Alcoholic/Non-alcoholic available) $14.90
We drank the non-alcoholic one! It is not too carbonated and it is sweet!
Mac & Cheese! $9.90 for a small pan.
I like it! Very creamy and cheesy!
Crispy Fried Chicken $26.90
The skin is thin and crispy, meat is tender. Even the breast meat don't taste too dry!
Spicy wings! $28.90
It comes with some rice cakes and sweet potato. This is too spicy for me! Recommended only if you can take spicy food!
It is not a cheap meal but the chickens were good! Worth coming occasionally when you have a craving for tasty fried chicken! The portion for the chicken is stated for 2 pax, but I think 3 can share a plate as well. They have a lot of other flavours and other cooking methods of chickens!
