Review:
The lobby area was well-furnished and elegantly decorated.  During check-in, the staff was very friendly. Pretty sure he helped to fill in my particulars, I just needed to fill in details that were not available from my passport. You still need to present a credit card for authorization even though you may have paid the full amount before the trip.

The room is very spacious! Especially since we are talking about Japan here! I liked the room design here more than the one in Sheraton actually. Most probably cause the design in Sheraton is catered more for families. And the premier room's toilet is even more spacious! O.O Room wifi, fridge and etc are available. Coffee and tea are provided. Sleepwear, bath salts, face cleanser/toner set are provided as well.

We stored our luggage for 2 nights with Grand Pacific Le Daiba while we traveled to Disney as well. The staff that helped us to store our luggage was very friendly as well.

I had booked the Disney bus before going to Tokyo and during check-in and check-out, the kind staffs also kept reminding us of the time for our Disney bus and informed us where to wait for the bus as well.

When we returned back from Disney, we were informed by the front desk that we have been upgraded to their premier room. :D

Location: 10/10
There is limousine bus from Haneda Airport and it is located a short walking distance to Daiba station, convenience shop and malls. The hotel provides shuttle bus to Tokyo Teleport station (major station to travel out of Odaiba) though the shuttle starts only after 11am.
Room & Amenities: 10/10
Everything you need is there. Sleep wear is provided as well. There are bath salts provided if you want to soak in the bathtub as well. Although there is no onsen here, I can't fault anything to give it less than full marks.

Service Standard: 9.5/10
From check-in to check-out (which we did 2 times here) and helping to store our luggage when we stayed in Sheraton, the staffs have all been very helpful and friendly. They were able to converse well in English too! You feel very welcomed every time you are in the hotel. Great service!! :D

Review:
We checked-in Sheraton after we had spent the day in Disneyland. It was cold and slightly drizzling when we reached Bayside station. We saw the bus stop for the shuttle bus but we were not sure what time the bus will come and we didn't want to stay outside in the cold. Luckily, the hotel is just across the road and we decided to walk there instead.

Unlike Le Daiba, no one was there to guide us to the front desk. Check-in was done efficiently and we were left to find the lift. There is a Disney store in Sheraton near the lift, so if you want to buy last minute Disney items, it's available in the hotel.

The hotel room is very spacious as well. The bed here looked like it can fit 2 people. Most likely, it's to accommodate families with kids. The sleepwear provided here is a Yukata! Convenience store is located within the hotel itself, but the hotel is quite big and it's located in another section of the hotel. There is a small arcade and outdoor kid's golf as well.

After checking-out, we went to take the shuttle bus back to Odaiba.

Location: 9/10
Short walking distance from Bayside station. Shuttle bus also provided to and fro hotel and Bayside station. 1 stop away to DisneySea and 3 stops away to Disneyland using Disney rail. Shuttle bus provided to Tokyo Teleport station.

Room & Amenities: 9/10
Beds are bigger than the one in Grand Pacific Le Daiba. Toilet is smaller though.

Service Standard: 8/10
Weeell... The front counter staff was not as friendly as compared to Grand Pacific Le Daiba. How do I say... It's like they are doing just enough for a smooth check-in process. The staff didn't really explain much to us so we felt a bit lost. We noted that there are a number of tourists from China staying in this hotel when we were there.

Review:
We arrived in Shibuya before the check-in time for our apartment. Luckily for us, we managed to find lockers to store our luggage at the station. On a side note, Shibuya station was a MAZE by the way. So many people and we had a difficult time figuring out where is the west entrance (which is the entrance nearer to the apartment) with our luggage. >.< We met up with the host to collect our museums' tickets first then we head to the apartment.

We initially walked the wrong way first though :/ Hands to busy with the luggage and didn't spot the correct path to take.. Totally my fault.. Cause the host's direction was actually quite clear x.x Anyways... We finally reached the apartment, it has most of the things you need and it's a cosy place. As we buy more and more things, our room just felt smaller and smaller ;D

Checking-in and out was easy as long as you follow the instructions the host had sent. The host had provided an information booklet on how to use the facilities in the apartment, although it's a bit brief.

Location: 9/10
5-7 minutes walk from Shibuya station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Plenty of vending machines along the road to the apartment. Still a bit far when you are pulling your overloaded luggage though. However, there are lifts so you don't need to drag your luggage up and down the pedestrian bridge.

Room & Amenities: 8/10
Showering gels, towels, hairdryer and detergents are provided. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Hangers are available in the closet for you to dry your clothes after washing. We hanged our clothes in the shower room to dry actually. The host has placed 2 umbrellas in the apartment.

Room wifi is available, additionally, the host provides portable wifi device as well. There are also microwave, kettle and fridge in the apartment. Even though there is a stove in the apartment, you can't really cook in the apartment though. There are no pots and pans or any basic cooking essentials. There are some plates and cutlery though, so you can still buy food back to the apartment to eat.

Interaction with host: 9/10
The host usually responds in a day or two. She is also extremely helpful in buying for us tickets to Doraemon museum and Ghibli museum! :) Also had to trouble her to travel to Shibuya station to pass to us the tickets!

Review:
We were early when we arrived in Nikko, after walking about and eaten lunch, we were still too early to call for the shuttle bus. We decided to just slowly walk up to the ryokan and just sit around until check-in time. It was a good decision since later in the afternoon, it started to drizzle. I think we surprised the staffs though, by walking up to the ryokan ;P

Once we reached the ryokan, the staff proceeded to place our bags and brought us to the restaurant to serve us our welcome drink and snack. A staff came and asked for our plans for the next 2 days and helped us planned our sightseeing trip in Nikko for the next day! We were then showed around the ryokan facilities and public onsen before bringing us to our room. He also taught us how to use the room's amenities. After which, we were left to do what we want for the rest of the day.

Since there was no one in the public bath, we quickly showered and changed into the yukata and went straight to the public onsen! After soaking, we chilled in the lounge, had tea and folded some origami. We spent the day in our room after that. Dinner was served in our room where we had a super filling dinner! For breakfast, we need to go to the restaurant on the second floor.

When you leave the ryokan for sightseeing, you need to give the room key to the front desk and they will safe-keep for you. It was a really nice stay there!

Location: 8/10
From Tobu-Nikko station, you can take a bus to bus stop 10. From bus stop 10, you can call the ryokan to pick you up after 2pm. Otherwise, it's a 10plus minutes walk to the ryokan from the bus stop. The ryokan also drives you to the bus stop and also to Tobu-Nikko station when you check-out.

Room & Amenities: 10/10
As you can see from the pictures, the place looks amazing with all the amenities and facilities available.

Service Standard: 10/10
The service is very good! The front desk staffs are more proficient in English as compared to the restaurant's servers. Interestingly, those who know English here are the older front desk staffs. After the welcome drink was served, a staff came to ask what are our plans for the next day and I showed him the places of interest I had highlighted that I want to go. The staff literally recommended us a trekking route and how to go about visiting the places for the day. Impressive! After that, he showed us the ryokan's facilities on the second floor as well as the public onsen and then brought us to our room. He showed us the amenities in the room and taught us how to use some of the things in the room, like the face steamer and coffee maker. :D I think they have a small number of staffs as well since we can recognise the staffs during our short stay there. The driver is very friendly too!

The servers are friendly as well though their English is not as good. On the first night, our dinner was served by a guy and I thought he was very cute when he was struggling to find the English words for the food served and he kept apologising to us while smiling. On the second night, we were served by a female server, I think since she can't really communicate in English, she didn't say much.

We felt really welcomed and homey during our entire stay in the ryokan! =D

Meals: 7/10
What is not as good in this ryokan would be the food. The first day's dinner was not bad, however, the second day's dinner was not really nice, For both day's the breakfast was not bad as well. I will do another review for the food in the ryokan since this post is as long as it is.
